I had an extremely disappointing experience at this branch due to the behavior of the manager Richie Bhagwandass. Not only was he disrespectful and dismissive, but I was also given incorrect information that caused unnecessary confusion and stress. When I asked for help, the manager showed no willingness to assist and instead treated me with an attitude that was completely unprofessional. This bank is terrible. I did not choose them for my auto loan the dealership did and they have been very deceptive with their practices and I think it is possibly illegal what they are doing with their auto loans. The put a cap on how much you can make as an electronic payment to the loan. If you make a large payment one month before you normal due date then you reach your monthly maximum that you can pay and your normal monthly autopay will not go through. We were having an issue with our debit card from an out of state branch. Cynthia Sonny immediately resolved our issue. She was very pleasant and professional!
Excellent customer service. Every time I walk in I am warmly greeted by Roger. He is very professional and also continually been so patient, kind and helpful. Small town feel you don’t get very often anymore.
