Valley Bank on Fruitville Road is one of the best banks I have ever banked at. Zen and Richie are always so welcoming and really understand finance. I will always have a presence at this branch because of them. Under their leadership, they have built a very solid team with exceptional customer service. If you are looking for a bank, that truly cares about you, I would highly recommend them.
Listen, I am not a people person but Zen, she was amazing, I don't want to come off weird but I love her, her energy, he critical thinking and problem solving. She was very nurturing and persistent. I really enjoyed my experience. I absolutely love that for the both of us.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this branch due to the behavior of the manager Richie Bhagwandass. Not only was he disrespectful and dismissive, but I was also given incorrect information that caused unnecessary confusion and stress. When I asked for help, the manager showed no willingness to assist and instead treated me with an attitude that was completely unprofessional. This bank is terrible. I did not choose them for my auto loan the dealership did and they have been very deceptive with their practices and I think it is possibly illegal what they are doing with their auto loans. The put a cap on how much you can make as an electronic payment to the loan. If you make a large payment one month before you normal due date then you reach your monthly maximum that you can pay and your normal monthly autopay will not go through.
