I have been dealing with one of Valley's senior personal banking representatives, Mr. Nelson Gonzalez. I believe he is in the Clearwater Branch, not the Sarasota Branch. I originally opened my account nine years ago in the Clearwater branch, but moved a few years ago to my new Sarasota address. Zen was so patient and helpful with our recent wire transfer. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The office is beautiful. After banking with Valley for 40 plus years in NJ we are comforted to have a branch ( kind of) nearby. Wish you would open one in Englewood!

Valley Bank on Fruitville Road is one of the best banks I have ever banked at. Zen and Richie are always so welcoming and really understand finance. I will always have a presence at this branch because of them. Under their leadership, they have built a very solid team with exceptional customer service. If you are looking for a bank, that truly cares about you, I would highly recommend them.
Listen, I am not a people person but Zen, she was amazing, I don't want to come off weird but I love her, her energy, he critical thinking and problem solving. She was very nurturing and persistent. I really enjoyed my experience. I absolutely love that for the both of us.
