Unfortunately, my experience at this branch has been consistently disappointing. We own a business and regularly bring in large cash deposits, but every time we deal with Ruby, she seems unwilling to help. She often turns away when she sees us coming and gives us a hard time instead of providing professional customer service. We understand that handling large cash transactions takes time, but customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. Very efficient, very nice Manager and staff.
Best bank I have had the pleasure to bank in. I noticed with many banks over the years, no one is consistently at the desk, new faces all the time. Prefer to have a familiar face over the years, tho, it looks like those days are over. Fortunately all the reps have been wonderful at Valley Bank.
Love this branch, the manager, and all of the employees here. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. Kristine the manager sets a positive tone and makes you feel welcome and important. I won't bank anywhere else anymore.
Convenient location, easy to access, and friendly management. Irena the branch manager was fantastic and helped with me everything. She was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend local businesses to check them out for an easy banking experience.
