The customer service at Valley Bank is the best! The same employees are consistently present so they get to know you and your needs on a personal level which is such a big benefit compared to a large bank where there's different people every time you go in. Rachel was so great to work with when I needed to make some changes to my accounts last month along with some new investments. She made the process so simple and seamless and explained everything along the way. I am very happy doing my banking with Valley Bank.
I bank in many different banks and branches. This branch of Valley Bank is head and shoulder above the rest. Everyone is extremely helpful, professional and competent. I wish other banks would have such an amazing team and the VB team in Oyster Bay!

I try to be careful with bad reviews but my gosh, I can't even begin to describe my horrible experience here. They took and acknowledged that they not only would not return my property, but wasted my time and money all while being UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. Do yourself a favor and don't do business here.
