By far the worst experience I've had at a bank, ever. One of the tellers asked why I was there and proceeded to say "I don't recognize you" she then asked another employee if she knew me. I'm a valley customer... recognizing me shouldn't matter. I was then told to go to the branch I opened my business account with and that she'd "be a while" before helping me. Felt very odd and unhelpful. Turning me away because I didn't open my account there is unprofessional. Won't ever go back there and may even change banks.
When I went to the bank for a transaction, Ms. Silvia treated me kindly and was very helpful in every way. Thank you very much, I'm glad you're there!

This by far is the worst bank branch ive ever been to. The hours are clearly listed on the website and doors but these two women there seem to keep a different one. How are the doors closed 15mins before 5pm as posted. And then when your try to get their attention they give you the worst looks or try to avoid eye contact. I usually dnt take pleasure in writing negative feedback but this is the 3rd time this place has wasted my time
Very thankful for this branch. I have been banking with them for a little over 4 years now & I couldn’t be happier. My overall experience has been accompanied by their kindness, empathy, and care while handling all of my banking needs. Management is always ready to assist, and the whole experience feels very warm & welcoming. I highly recommend this branch.
