Extremely slow drive thur service everytime. After waiting a few minutes I went inside and was told “sorry the window for commercial account” which was not an excuse sometimes I’m the one waiting for a teller to acknowledge my vehicle and not behind another car.
Very welcoming staff, always ready to do whatever you need.
Refused to issue a cashiers check for a check that was written by their customer. This is the only bank I have run across that refuses to validate that there are funds available by writing a cashiers check.
Best customer service I’ve ever had at any bank.
