customer service is very poor. The person who answered the phone was absolutely not knowledgeable about my questions. Regretfully it is mistake to business with this bank. Simple English instructions cannot be understood or followed.
Everything I needed was handled quickly and all questions were answered to make the vist as smooth as possible.
Can’t say enough about Valley Bank. They are very customer centric and always strive to exceed customer expectations, especially Howard. He’s a real valuable asset to the team and represents the Valley brand very well!
Valley's small business checking comes with a $25 fee for ACH sending services. Truist will give that to you for free. I applied for a secured credit card for my small business putting up 110% cash collateral. I was still declined. What was the point of putting up the cash collateral only to be declined? Valley doesn't have any services that are useful to my small business. The personal banker that I dealt with at Valley was really good and understanding. Do not waste your time here. If you have money, take it to literally ANYWHERE but here. If you don’t have money, don’t even think for a moment they will open an account. With the way these people screen for accounts, they will be closed in a years time. STAY AWAY
