Waited in line, when I go up to register I’m told to let the person behind me and to sit down, idk what they got going on here but had me sit down for someone else to go in front of me and he wasn’t a in and out customer, made me sit and feel like a minority I’ll go to another location from now on
Was particularly impressed with Aphol at the Whiting street location who provided impeccable customer service and fast, efficient managing of my banking. It was old school smart and accommodating and worthy of the effort taken to write this review. If other banks had this level of employee (Aphol), they would likely hit their marks with greater ease.
Always a pleasure! I left a big bank to come here because of Valley's reputation and I have not been disappointed. It's nice to have people who know you and make things simple. I'll always bank here, as long as I'm in Tampa!
