Kevin Jackson of the Rockville Centre branch is a total pro. I had a significant unauthorized charge debited from my checking acct by an entity with which I do business. A Valley phone rep told me that it would take at least a week for me to be made whole given the circumstances. Kevin enabled my funds to be returned to me the same day I visited him at the branch. In a world where service is so lousy, it was very refreshing to have had my issue remedied so efficiently.
Felicia, Kevin, Steve and Myriam are consummate professionals who are knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and so very patient with my technological illiteracy. They go above and beyond in everything they do to help our family take advantage of all the wonderful offers Vally Bank makes. We love this bank! Try it; you’ll love it too!!
