i called yesterday, i needed information on our account immediately once again the Professionalism and courtesy from Steve was a pleasant surprise. and the follow-up today from manager Myriam just helped to remind me there are good people out there and they should be recognized. thank you
I had a small account sitting here for years. The bank started charging fees without warning. I called, they reversed one, and I sent a written request to close the account — but by the time it arrived, they hit me with another fee and refused to refund it. Poor customer service and zero flexibility for a loyal, long-time customer.
