I had a small account sitting here for years. The bank started charging fees without warning. I called, they reversed one, and I sent a written request to close the account — but by the time it arrived, they hit me with another fee and refused to refund it. Poor customer service and zero flexibility for a loyal, long-time customer.
I come to this branch daily for work and they are super friendly
i come here daily to deposit checks for my employer and its always a pleasure talking to miriam, kevin, & steve. they are very friendly and efficient!
