Had a random check written to me from Valley Bank so I decided to stop in and cash it. Not being familiar with this bank I was impressed with the convenient east Boca location, modern building architecture, and interior decor. However I was even more impressed with the staff members Andrea and Korral who both assisted me. They were extremely kind, helpful, and very professional (even at 3:45 on a Friday afternoon!). My visit to Valley Bank Boca branch was the highlight of my week all because of Andrea and Korral, thank you.
