Worst experience in a bank. Ever. This place deserves ZERO stars. Seriously don't bother going to this branch. The employees here are literally annoyed that they have to get up and help you. Nothing but attitude and laziness. They're quick to dismiss you and try to get you to leave by lying and saying "we don't do that" so you have to insist on the service you came for. The tellers here are by far the rudest employees I have yet to see working at a bank especially in Manhattan. Rosa and Taylor always have side conversations going on in the middle of my transactions and last time I was there they were giggling so much I felt like I was the joke, I was so uncomfortable. I avoid coming here as much as possible now.
The service at this branch is HORRIBLE with the exception for the manager he is very nice but Taylor McMahon is the absolute worst employee I have ever seen at a bank she is very unprofessional has quite the attitude and half the time I go into this branch she is playing with her phone and even grabbed her phone mid way through my transaction a few different times that I was there. Now I refuse to visit this location.
