I travel from Totowa and pass several banks to do business with. The team at the wayne Valley location are family ! They are kind,supportive, professional , jhelp you with whatever you need. Five stars for Patti ,Gina, flu and the entire team that includes Karen who passed away a few months ago. Horribly poor customer service! If you never need to speak to anyone at the bank, you're fine. Otherwise, it's 40min waiting on the phone, being passed from hold to hold. Ridiculous waste of time.
Great place been with them for years
If you have a galaxy s9 the app won't work,yet it says try again later. IT WILL NEVER WORK AGAIN. Has gone down hill over the years I cant believe i have to write for mobile deposit only on the check to do a mobile deposit and the email me saying missing endorsement!! GFY !!!
I'm sorry but this location I do not recommend they do not care for the customers just those who they know from town .
