Horribly poor customer service! If you never need to speak to anyone at the bank, you're fine. Otherwise, it's 40min waiting on the phone, being passed from hold to hold. Ridiculous waste of time.
Great place been with them for years
If you have a galaxy s9 the app won't work,yet it says try again later. IT WILL NEVER WORK AGAIN. Has gone down hill over the years I cant believe i have to write for mobile deposit only on the check to do a mobile deposit and the email me saying missing endorsement!! GFY !!!
I'm sorry but this location I do not recommend they do not care for the customers just those who they know from town .
IMPOSSIBLE to get InTouch with anybody in customer service regarding my mortgage. 2 phones going at once, for OVER 1 hour no one picks up. This is NO WAY to do Business. I suggest you look elsewhere and DON'T do business with Valley National Bank!!!!
