I would put no stars if possible after my encounter with Ronda today. She has done my taxes for years, but now I am going someplace else for sure. She was completely rude and unprofessional because I did not understand a few things and had some questions for her. She obviously did not want to help me any further and was obviously annoyed because she had to redo some paperwork. She blew me off and told me that I have to go figure it out myself.
