My husband and I have been customers of Valley 1st for a very long time. We continue to go back because they treat us like people. We don’t speak to an operator that is reading off of a script. We are not a number that needs approval/denial. It is a personal experience every time we walk in the door. We will continue our banking needs with Valley 1st because we have built a relationship of trust.
Its nice now that they got rid of this one teller she was rude and nebby at the one in walmart belle vernon the other tellers and managers are great
