I am very happy with the service. Antoinette is very nice, knowledgeable. Approachable and I feel very comfortable doing laser for my legs...and dded full Brazilian (a whole new thing for me) Parking is good and close to it..thanks for yoir good service

A laser technician removed my towel from my private part without even asking me. I was there to get my legs lasered- not my private part. I’ve been to other medical spas and never experienced this! Uncomfortable and unprofessional. The front door was also locked, so I had to wait outside in inclement weather- there was no front receptionist, and no one was answering their main phone line, so it left me thinking that they closed early and forgot about my appointment at 6:30pm.
