Great customer service. Very understanding
A laser technician removed my towel from my private part without even asking me. I was there to get my legs lasered- not my private part. I’ve been to other medical spas and never experienced this! Uncomfortable and unprofessional. The front door was also locked, so I had to wait outside in inclement weather- there was no front receptionist, and no one was answering their main phone line, so it left me thinking that they closed early and forgot about my appointment at 6:30pm.

Hi everyone I came a months ago it’s very clean place and everyone in there working very professionally I had Antoinette doing laser for me and she is very nice person very respectful and she does take her time I am very happy for my results thank you everyone
I had a very good experience Antonette was lovely she took her time to do a good job.
