Where do I start? CONS : Customer service is TERRIBLE.. For the Minnesota location. You can never get a hold of a REAL person, always either automatically put on hold or sent to voice mail. Takes forever to get back to you for your order details etc. BE sure to never use these guys again! read other posts same issue. EEK
Cons: - Customer service is strangely absent. When trying to reach their Minnesota branch, we're consistently sent to voicemail, which is always full. Emails, if responded to, are heavily delayed in response. Calls to their corporate office are well received and attentive, but even they can't seem to reach the local branch.
