If they don't solve the many problems of this place, it will end up like the abandoned shopping malls in northeastern Ohio. Also the Kohan Retail Investment Group has a large troubled past. If you research even more on Kohan Retail Investment Group, they don't care about malls only greed, they've been referred to as, "the last owner a mall sees."
LEAN INTO IT. We visited this mall last week after watching Backrooms and wanting to experience some liminal space in real life. As soon as we started taking photos of the tenant-free food court, the security guard (at the prompting of a janitorial employee) told us that taking photos of the empty storefronts at the mall was not allowed.
