Not even sure this is a real business. I booked an IV on class pass. I got on their website and it says there are no upcoming appointments available at all on any day. Shady. I called and text to confirm my appointment. No one answers the phone via phone call or text. Out of nowhere my appointment gets canceled an hour before and I don’t even get notified. Valentina could not have been more accommodating. First of all, she stayed past closing to serve my daughter who was very ill. She got on the phone twice to help us w/ directions as well. Once there, she was friendly and professional and very patient w/ my daughter. I can't recommend her more highly!
Had a wonderful time. She made me feel right at home and impressively administered the IV. Didn’t even feel the needle, she’s very talented!
