Was first customer in store of the day - three staff talked at front about their weekend. Help would have been appreciated, but only after 15 minutes on my own and upon walking up to the till was I asked if I needed help. Prices are high. Makes it difficult to support local
Very helpful their selection on trekking backpacks was a little slim but they're very good about ordering things in.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, they only sell quality products here, perfect place for all the gear you need to experience the outdoors safely!
Purchased a Nemo bike ten in Vernon and found damage and defects on it after the first time using it. Returned it in Vancouver and they exchanged it for a different brand tent with no hassle. Would definitely recommend these guys for your outdoor needs.
