Mike 10/10. After an initial chat with Mike, I took the plunge and booked 12 1-1 sessions with Mike. He has really help me, not just getting in to shape (long way to go yet though) but has pushed me physically, this has also helped with my mental health as well. So much so I’m just about to book another 12 sessions. Valhalla Gym is a great, friendly place. I can definitely say I’m glad I took the plunge & started working out here.
