You had no right filing me as single. There is NO divorce decree document! Therefore, I am legally married. You filed us married filing jointly for years. Now you changed it. Joy and I agreed to file jointly this year. Joy reneged on our agreement. Now, I know you filed me as single so you can file Joy head of household because the head of household can't be married.
