I want to give an honest review based on my experience overall. It has been over a year since I worked with Valerie on my case. Initially, everything seemed to be going smoothly. Unfortunately, I believe that she really wanted me to stick with her so she could get paid, and therefore made the process seem like it was not going to have as big of an impact as it did.
