STAY CLEAR of Valerie Logsdon, Elderlaw Attorney in Grass Valley, CA!!! Ms. Logsdon is refusing to provide my dad with a copy of the Trust she was hired to update. Valerie Logsdon has been so helpful while I’ve been navigating my mom’s affairs since she had a stroke 2 years ago. As a Realtor I know how invaluable having your home in a trust is - to avoid costly probate - so I finally asked Valerie if she could help my husband and I setup a trust. A phone interview to fine tune details and a few weeks later we met in her office to go over our trust and wills.
