Valerie is so kind, she is super easy to talk to as well ! I highly recommend her for any first time home buyers. She doesn't make you feel dumb, and can answer any question (Even embarrassing ones) with ease. Will definitely be back to her in my future purchases.

Valerie was instrumental in me getting a mortgage on my own during my separation as well as being a newly business operator as sole proprietor as a RMT made the process difficult but she was there every step along the way. Her work was cut out for her working with both myself and the lender to ensure the best mortgage rate. She always answered my questions quickly and ensured the lender received the documentation they requested. I would highly recommend Valerie.
