Val is absolutely one of the best masseuses out there. She is so attentive to the overall experience with lots of small but special touches including hot stones, warm towels, eye weights and more. She can also read the body so well and can tell what areas need special attention just by feel. I have gotten a dozen or more massages and it is always the highlight of my week.

Valerie is the absolute best! She’s super knowledgeable about the body, she takes the time to listen to your needs while explaining what she thinks will be the best plan of action. Val takes her time to make her studio a very calming and relaxing environment where you can truly unwind while she works her magic. From her work on fascia to her scalp massage, she is one of the best I’ve seen! I always leave her table feeling relaxed, renewed, and ready to conquer whatever lies ahead of me! I’d give her 100 stars if I could 😉
