I highly recommend Valeria, and I really value her point of view. She’s great to talk to, and she offers multiple tools and strategies to navigate difficult times, or to enhance the already positive aspects of your life. Her guided meditations and sound therapy sessions are excellent. If you’re skeptical or haven’t experienced either, she will absolutely show you what they can bring to your life. She truly cares.
