Extremely poor quality furniture. Bought sectional and chair 9 months ago and completely falling apart. When we bought this furniture we explained to Michelle that we had two large dogs and wanted to purchase extra protection to cover for damage that might occur. She stated that this coverage is included with every purchase. Well now we have some damage and being told it doesn't cover pet damage. Purchased from this company in 2014, 2017, and just the other day! They go above & beyond for their customers! My puppy chewed up a cushion on our sectionals from 2017 & Jeanie went out of her way to get me a new cushion for free!
Great quality, great customer service, highly recommended! Totally satisfied with my sectional after two years.
I would rather buy my next furniture set from a homeless person on a street corner. They took advantage of a disabled person with little money who needed good furniture cause I had and still have a broken back. The furniture has been junk since day one and the refuse to stand by their contract, that says satisfaction guaranteed. And there extended warranty is useless.
VERY upset with this company. My husband and I are from Wausau and we purchased a couch from them. We were promised that they would fix the couch in the event that something were to happen, hence why we decided to go with them. The day it was delivered our dog chewed a good amount of leather off the back of the sectional piece. After calling the company and letting them know this, they said we would be in touch with someone to try and get this fixed. Hi Nicole The manufacture voided all warranty on your furniture after the dog incident unfortunately manufactures view that as abuse and void any manufacture warranty after a product has been deemed abused. What I had explained on the phone is even though the manufacturer voided your warranty if you bring it to our service center we will repair it for you completely free. Bought a bedroom set from Valeri and we had the dresser replaced 3 times due to damage upon delivery. And tonight is the fifth one for our headboard .. but before getting this fifth delivery, we received a call from the store. They told us that this is the last delivery , regardless if there are any damages on it, and that the store has been more than accommodating with this matter because of the dresser situation. ****BUYER BEWARE**** This place cares about nothing but your money. I decided to wait 1 month after my furniture delivery before posting. Well, 1 month in and my cushions are already sagging so here it goes..... the initial purchase was a nightmare. I called the store 3 times asking how much my credit app had been approved for.
