One Star is too much! Horrible Costumer Service, Madison ave NYC store….left one bag to get fixed ( please mind you first time wearing this bag it broke on me, defective bag $1300 +plus ) no one at this store has clue or call you back to inform you what’s going on… At this point I feel like I have my back returned and didn’t get money back or bag fixed!!! Horrible please don’t buy from Valentino!!!
Extremely horrible service. Supervisor Jamie got my order canceled. She was extremely unprofessional and I was waiting for my order since many days and instead of shipping it out they cancelled my order……
If I can give a -1 star I would. I wish I read these other reviews before I sent my shoes in for repair. I dropped them off on Aug 6 2024 and now Dec 2024 I have yet to hear from them. I have made numerous phone calls and gotten a lot of run around. I wore these shoes 3 or 4 times and the heel cracked off in pieces. The shoes have to be defective. I have never had any shoes fall apart. Shame on Valentino.
Poor quality $1400 shoes. You think you are purchasing a product of quality because its a designer shoe and for the price look at what you get after one wear indoors. I am sure the replicas are better quality. They also offer no return and poor customer service and wasted my time, had me on the phone with Paypal etc. trying to return the shoe.
