I retained valentine for my divorce.I paid him a 250 dollar consultation fee and 7,500 dollar non refundable retainer.When we where scheduled for mediation,he showed up late he had none of my records.He borrowed a red pen and a note pad from my exwifes attorney.At my consultation he told me he could get me 60/40 in my favor since I`m disabled with parkisons desease.At mediation I was sold out for him to make 7,500 dollars in one day.The man loves to make money but hates to work.I would have been better off defending myself.N... read more
Hired by my nephew approximately six months ago to file for child visitation rights. As of todays date, he has produced absolutely nothing. He will not even return phone calls. Unfortunately, this is an interstate custody case, my nephew is in Texas and Mr. Valentine is in North Carolina. I guess our next step will have to be filing a complaint with the state bar.
