Valentine represented us a few years ago in a custody case for our nephew. I spoke to him one time on the phone, and once in person in the three months we worked together. He obtained temporary emergency custody for us. We were never given any receipts detailing how our money was used, or if there was a remaining balance. If you are a woman don't go to this man. I paid him for a consult. I left his office in tears and angry after he made me feel like the bad guy for the second time in less than 15 minutes. I felt as if I had been in front of the spouses attorney instead of one I was considering hiring. Horrible man. $250 for 20 minutes of humiliation. If I had not paid cash I would have stopped payment
