DON’T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!! They are setting it up like a factory. They skip any donation you made to any donation! I’ve been going to Valentines since 2010, even brought in my husband on with me, and our youngest child. The last couple years of going to Valentines, they didn’t even fill my taxes on time due to the young lady who happened to be on her phone and didn’t even pay attention what she supposed to do. Carey Barriball is the absolute best! She's been helping us with our Marketplace insurance for the last 3 years and puts all her effort in making sure there is no gaps in coverage. This year was especially tricky with her being out of office but she stepped up, called us outside of office hours just to be sure everything was in place for insurance next year. She is dependable, easy to get ahold of, and very friendly. Can't say enough good things about our friend Carey!
We have used these guys two years in a row and both experiences have been horrible. First year they took our information and didn’t contact us at all. This year they took a long time to respond to any questions we had. Instead of being able to call in and just talk or sit down for a consultation they dragged out our taxes for 3 weeks because the cpa assigned to us only responded once a week via portal.
