DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. They will screw up your taxes and leave the bill for you. We have the simplest taxes to do and they messed me up and now I owe thousands of dollars. All they will do is say sorry and pay some of the fees. Yeah thanks for nothing basically paid back what I have been paying them. Please everyone listen they don't give a crap about you and will not help you. I am also not the only person this has happened to.
Came here to get help regarding a program that allows parents of autistic children to hire people to help with their care. Jennifer was first to help me, then Bailey. DON’T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!! They are setting it up like a factory. They skip any donation you made to any donation! I’ve been going to Valentines since 2010, even brought in my husband on with me, and our youngest child. The last couple years of going to Valentines, they didn’t even fill my taxes on time due to the young lady who happened to be on her phone and didn’t even pay attention what she supposed to do.
