From start to finish…tile selection, measurements, scheduling and installation, Valentina was great! Easy to work with. Knows the business. Total professionalism! We have used Valentina for our lanai, common area in our condominium and most recently for the entire floor throughout our condo. In all, the entire process of working with Valentina was great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
This is a family run business who treat their customers like they are part of the family. And their pricing is competitive, than the big companies. Good communication, on time, methodical in their approach and honest (they ended up telling me they didn’t have to do some of the work I approved, therefore saving me $300). The floors are beautiful!!!!! I checked a number of flooring companies and none compared. Save yourself time and energy and do business with Denis and the team.
Denis and Brian are great to work with. After we got ripped by our first contractor we contacted them to come get an estimate. Tina worked around our work schedule and had to come out on a Saturday to do the measurements. We needed this done as we were hosting a big family event and they accommodated us. They had old us the dates they would start and kept to schedule. They were always communicating when workers would be on site and if there anything we needed to do. Seven years ago, Denis/Valentina Decorative did our entire first floor with beautiful plank tile floors. We have had numerous compliments over the years. Fast forward, I need a new dishwasher installed and the delivery folks say they can’t get the old one out without some of the tile being removed. Denis’ guy came right over and got the old dishwasher out without any damage to the beautiful tile. That was going way above and beyond! Incomparable product and service!
I came across this company through Google and wasn’t sure what I was going to be dealing with before entering the store in Boca Raton. But I was Pleasantly surprised as to the collection they had in their store. We had visited other big home-improvement stores like floor and decor, Home Depot and Lowe’s.. but the collection that Valentina had was different than the other stores.
