HORRIBLE customer service and deceptive business practices in my opinion. Before ordering, I called the company to verify the BEIGE color with a sales agent, and to receive assurances that the cushions wouldn't be wrinkled as in a customer photo I saw. I placed an order. BEWARE: nowhere on the product page, cart page, or check out do they present you with their "return" policy. You have to hunt to find it (I still can't). The sofa arrived and was PURE WHITE.
