We ordered a four seat Barecelona Edition. After reaching out to Valencia about some concerns with the estimate delivery time Peter with Valencia immediately reached out to us. He listened to our concerns, explained what happened to cause the delay and provided us the reassurance we needed. Three weeks later exactly on the updates time-table we received our chairs. We ordered a four seat Barecelona Edition and are so excited to receive the order soon. After reaching out to Valencia about some concerns Peter immediately reached out to us. He was extremely pleasant to deal with, listened to our concern and provided us the reassurance and update we needed. We can't wait to follow up with photos and review of our new seating when we receive them in a couple weeks !!! Until them 4 stars for the customer service response and attention before even receiving our order.
