My furnace went out and I had someone come out to repair it. Couldn’t get the part until Monday. So I was calling around to find out if someone who get it done sooner. I call this person and explain that I have a Ducan furnace and that it’s the pressure switch. He rudely continued to ask the brand and I continued to say Ducane. He asked where I live and I told him.
