I have been going to Valcoro for over 11 years and Juanita is the best wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.
Unfortunately, they can't handle Taxes from other States. I.R.S got the wrong submission and I got the wrong return. I gave Valcoro the benefit of the doubt and ask them to handle the error. They blamed the out of state company which is incorrect. I made a few calls to I.R.S and got it resolved myself. This is my experience and you should judge what you experience.
