i have called the front desk to get a medication refill 5 times in two days no one gets back to me i have now been to this doctors office for many years, and im not to happy with no one getting back to me after calling for two days i still have no medication and no one calling me back

I’ve been seeing Dr. Valbuena for years and was always happy having him as my psychiatrist. These days I cannot get ahold of the receptionist to even make an appointment. I’ll leave messages, and no one calls me back. How is one to get help if there is no one to even pick up the phone? The place has gone down hill probably because they are so short staffed. I’m really pissed I’m probably going to have to find a new doctor.
