Made an online order, by mistake I purchased a wrong size. I reached out to customer service by email, after 3 minutes they got back to me and was able to change to the correct size before the item shipped. Thanks Ram for your quick reply so I'm able to get the size I want without doing the whole return process.
I had a great experience here getting my new Skis mounted. I got a pair for faction prodigy 2 skis mounted here this weekend. They told me it would take till monday but had them to me by saturday. There was a small problem getting my boots calibrated but were able to figure out switching the soles to apline soles fixed the problem. While explaining the problem and the fix the techs did a great job explaining everything. Only shop I will be going to in the future to get skis mounted etc...
Rented skis here a few times. Always great service and fiat prices. Definitely recommend
Don't go anywhere else if you care what you get.
