This is a cash cow factory line them up spend five minutes smile and move on to the next person. After a year with braces Vakani moved my teeth the wrong way. With the help of my Dentist who made a mold to show him. He agreed and told me he would correct it, when I showed up I was told he went on vacation. He ended up putting the braces back for two weeks removed them, gave me a $50 gift card to Carrabbes restaurant and sent me on my way. Everyone is nice & professional. However, he made a few errors that I had to pin point to him. First was the mid- top teeth, he shaved the middle of it and it never closed. When telling him about it, he shaved it again. 3 times and boy it hurt but eventually that happens closed. Another time, he shaved the bottom of the edge of one my my tooth. He shaved way too short. By the time my bottom teeth were straight, that tooth was too short. When telling him about it he said no it isn't shorter. I said yes it is....he continue to... read more
