They dont know how to to take care of a company
For a thrift store they are outrageously overpriced. And, fair warning, they won't budge on pricing for things like shoes that don't ever get placed on the color-coded discounts. I won't be going back.
Unfortunately, I won't be shopping here anymore. Their pricing just doesn't make sense and the store is very poorly organized. Last time I was there, I asked about the pricing on a very, used and damaged (but still usable) item. The item was priced at about 10% less than it would be brand new, but was not even close to new condition.
