Most people can do their taxes online within 1 hour. Here they charge $275 per hour and it will most likely take them LONGER than 1 hour.
The amazing staff and Vail Tax and Accounting are as knowledgeable as they are helpful. They do much more than help navigate the murky waters of tax world, they also provide helpful advice for running a more efficient business. Overall working with VT&A solved the issue I was having with my taxes in an efficient manner. That said I felt the service was overpriced by the hour compared to what I have found since then. I was also irked that they didn't send bills which provide any detail of services other than the amount billed (e.g. 2 hours billed at $250 per hour). I was waiting for the outcome to pay but they demanded payment before the matter was resolved and then threaten with collections agency when I said I wanted to pay once complete.
