Fantastic experiences at this place. My first year skiing and I'll keep coming back here to rent. First, this place is very convenient to all the group lessons meet spot at Lionshead by the gondola. But the best thing about this shop is the caring and knowledgeable staff who bent backwards to meet my needs this year to have the best time on the mountain. The staff was amazing! They helped my boyfriend and I get prepped up for our ski lesson (we were running behind) but were able to make up for time and made it on time for our lesson. So thank you do the excellent service!
Me and my family have been renting from Arrabelle location for past 3 years and every time had a great experience. The manager was really taking great care of us! We got our skis sharpened and freshly waxed, and ready for the slopes.
My snowboard binding clip broke and they replaced it for free. Would have had to rent a board otherwise. Very clutch, excellent service.
Staff was fantastic! No wait, very helpful. I had a strap on one of my binding that was starting to tear. I was concerned it would happen while up on the mountain. Popped in hoping they would have a spare. Dylan was great, he went to the back to search through their spare parts bin and bingo, returned with exactly what I needed. While he was gone, at least 2 other employees stopped to ask if I needed anything. Very attentive and helpful staff, would definitely recommend. Shout out to Dylan!
