The staff was amazing! They helped my boyfriend and I get prepped up for our ski lesson (we were running behind) but were able to make up for time and made it on time for our lesson. So thank you do the excellent service!
Dillon was absolutely next level awesome! I walked into Vail Sports Arabelle already flustered after a long travel day and realizing I had messed up my rental plans. I was expecting a quick no and to be sent on my way, but instead the staff immediately stepped in to help me sort everything out. Steven was absolutely incredible! It was our first time skiing and he helped us with equipment recommendations and fitting. He even told us about the "miracle boots". His assistance made our skiing experience that much more enjoyable. When we went back for a second day, he remembered us and provided excellent customer service. Thank you, Steven!
We received excellent service today at the ski rental shop. Steven helped us with great patience and took the time to explain everything we needed to know, which we really appreciated. Steven, Gemma, Melanie, Payden all helped me out over the last 3 days. Even when they were super busy and it was hectic, they all maintained a professional attitude. At all points in time they were nice and quick. Also reassuring me that they would be with me as soon as possible. 10/10 experience couldn’t ask for a better crew!
