The staff was amazing! They helped my boyfriend and I get prepped up for our ski lesson (we were running behind) but were able to make up for time and made it on time for our lesson. So thank you do the excellent service!
My snowboard binding clip broke and they replaced it for free. Would have had to rent a board otherwise. Very clutch, excellent service.
Staff was fantastic! No wait, very helpful. I had a strap on one of my binding that was starting to tear. I was concerned it would happen while up on the mountain. Popped in hoping they would have a spare. Dylan was great, he went to the back to search through their spare parts bin and bingo, returned with exactly what I needed. Dillon was absolutely next level awesome! I walked into Vail Sports Arabelle already flustered after a long travel day and realizing I had messed up my rental plans. I was expecting a quick no and to be sent on my way, but instead the staff immediately stepped in to help me sort everything out. Steven was absolutely incredible! It was our first time skiing and he helped us with equipment recommendations and fitting. He even told us about the "miracle boots". His assistance made our skiing experience that much more enjoyable. When we went back for a second day, he remembered us and provided excellent customer service. Thank you, Steven!
