This sober community has what I need to get involved with my own recovery journey to help others and participate in positive advocacy. Sometimes reps will come visit to hear from members, which is great to witness! They are now open every week instead of cycling between Hopkins/Uptown. I have not had any problems with case management here.
I’m not sure which location to write this for but just wanted to say I’ve had 3 case managers with Vail Place and none of them have been good. It’s pretty clear at least 2 of them were/are abusing substances since they’re so erratic and all over the place, and they’ll gaslight you over their own failure to communicate and set up appointments.
