Very dissatisfied, the massage quality is good but I have booked on two different occasions and turned up to be told the massage that I wanted with a particular therapist was not available because something came up.
The rooms are really large, so you don’t feel claustrophobic at all. Inside of the rooms there is some beautiful decorations on the table where u can place your phone, there’s a box for your clothes in the corner along side a seat. It’s lovely. The staff are so kind and I genuinely have never had a massage this good. They are really good at targeting painful spots and finding knots and getting rid of them, because I came in with a really sore neck/shoulder area and they handled it so well! 10/10 definitely coming back here! ... read more
