Great Customer service, They went above and beyond to service us
The people who work here are knowledgeable and professional. I needed parts for a very old vacuum. They found and ordered them, and were super patient allowing me to pick them up in between my business trips out of state. (They would have gladly mailed them if I had asked also)
Service took over a week longer than quoted. The problem I brought it in for was not fixed. Friendly staff and seemed like they cared about fixing the problem but maybe a failure of communication with the staff.
Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them.
The attachment connecter was not what I had pictured and if I was ordering on line, I probably would have made a mistake. It is just right. I am glad this shop is here, they are very helpful.
