Seems like a really solid and well-designed system. I haven’t used it much yet as it was just recently installed.
Isaac did a great job cleaning out my dryer vent and rooftop exhaust. Although he struggled with the equipment at times, he persevered until everything was working properly. He is friendly, helpful and professional. My original appointment was rescheduled at the last minute, but I understand that things happen sometimes, and communication was good. The price was excellent, and I will use Vacuum Concepts again next time. Thanks!
