I’ve been going here for over 6 years, it’s the only exercise routine I’ve stuck to 3 times a week, it’s great because you have to book in so you’re committed to go then & it’s only 30mins! I also go in the sauna & the HDC suit every now & then which is really nice & relaxing. Jen is very friendly & helpful…
I love starting my day being greeted by Jennifer's smiling face. I was sceptical about what results I'd really see after 30 minute sessions 3 times a week but to my surprise this really does work. I'm finally back to being confident to wear shorts again and no longer dislike my legs. I definitely recommend giving it a go ladies! Thank you Jen!
