I'm not usually a gym person and often feel uncomfortable and awkward, but Jennifer has been so welcoming and supportive that l've felt at ease from day one. She's knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely cares. The facility is always spotless, the equipment is modern and easy to use, and the value is fantastic. Shoutout to Karen as well - she's also friendly and helpful. I'm already feeling the benefits and would 100% recommend

The experience at Vacufit has been excellent, it is a great addition to my overall training regime. I have noticed improvement in my overall circulation. Sessions at 30 mins duration makes it really easy to schedule in and complete. I highly recommend this, Jen and the equipment are first rate.
