Im new to vacationland but so far my experience has been a great one they have been very nice ,and have gone out of their way to help me. So I give them 5 stars
Just started banking with them and already nota fan! I will be closing this account and going back to my old bank, only reason I went here is because my bank is out of town. I would rather drive an hour to bank with pleasant staff that don't charge me a fee for everything! I can't zelle money, they charge for bill pay, I deposited cash and had to wait till the next day to use it, really? It's cash! Rude, unhelpful staff. When I had money there, I could never access my accounts online and no one would help me figure out why. When I finally went in to move my accounts elsewhere, the teller complained throughout the entire experience about how many forms she had to fill out and how much work it was for her to have to do.
