This is the second time we have needed VA Wildlife Removal. We needed help getting a ground hog off our property. Mike, the owner is wonderful to talk too. He was very responsive and had someone at our house the next day. Brian came, removed the ground hog. He was very nice and knew exactly what to do. We will definitely call them again!
My problem has nothing to do with the actual services provided. But instead for their drivers? I’m not sure if it’s only one company truck used, or multiple. But yesterday while driving on the down the road one of these company trucks was tailgating me, throwing his hands up in the air aggressively. Flew around me in an illegal lane just to get in front of me. He continued to weave in and out of traffic aggressively, not using any turn signals. Its an extremely horrible experience and a bad image for the company..
I had a squirrel in my roof. The guys came to my house, determined steps to take to remove it, and repaired the soffit which had been the point of entry. They made several visits to get this job done. Outstanding crew, and I appreciate their efforts!
This company is amazing, highly recommend. We had a groundhog issue and they were so helpful, professional, and prompt at responding. Easy to communicate with and super knowledgeable about how to remove our furry problems and then how to prevent their return. Definitely recommend if you have any wildlife issues. Would give 10 stars if I could!!
Mike and Ashton were amazing, they came out and did a free inspection and answered all of my questions. They clearly care not only about pest control but making sure they do right by human and animal interaction. Their professionalism, knowledge, and kindness really helped make a stressful situation so much easier for me.
