I had a squirrel in my roof. The guys came to my house, determined steps to take to remove it, and repaired the soffit which had been the point of entry. They made several visits to get this job done. Outstanding crew, and I appreciate their efforts!
This company is amazing, highly recommend. We had a groundhog issue and they were so helpful, professional, and prompt at responding. Easy to communicate with and super knowledgeable about how to remove our furry problems and then how to prevent their return. Definitely recommend if you have any wildlife issues. Would give 10 stars if I could!!
Mike and Ashton were amazing, they came out and did a free inspection and answered all of my questions. They clearly care not only about pest control but making sure they do right by human and animal interaction. Their professionalism, knowledge, and kindness really helped make a stressful situation so much easier for me.
Ashten was so fantastic! He came to our home to help us figure out how a bat got in, did a thorough inspection and didn't find anything and never charged us. To the best of his knowledge, the back door was left open and the bat swooped in before we even realized it. I'm grateful to know the integrity of our home is intact but more so that he did all of that work and didn't even take our money. Thank you Ashten!!
Ashten is very professional, punctual and proficient. It was evident from the very first phone call. He arrived and followed up with me each step of the process by explaining what was required for removing the bird droppings and for neutralizing the bad odor. This made me confident that the problem was solved.
