I had a terrible experience with this transport business. They gave me a strict 10 AM appointment, but didn't start unloading me until 12:30 PM. It's now 1:40 PM and they're still not finished. When I asked about the delay, they just made excuses. They clearly don't respect drivers' time. I would not recommend this place to other drivers.
Terrible experience with this company. They were supposed to deliver the appliances I ordered from home depot between 1:45 and 5:45pm and they showed up at my house at 11:30am. When I called I was told they called but number didn’t work and they waited 20 minutes. I have a doorbell camera and a driveway camera and I saw the time the truck pulled into and out of my driveway and it was 5 minutes. Automated call received the evening for delivery the next day (Saturday). They never showed up or called to advise of any issues. When I finally called them to follow up at 16:30, they said the customer advised that they already received their item so they cancelled the delivey! When I informed them I never spoke to any one, their response was "the driver already went home at 14:30, there must be a mix up and they would reschedule the delivery to Tuesday" When I suggested they should prioritze my delivery for Monday they ref... read more
