The staff was so helpful and attentive. They seemed more pleasant and people oriented. They didn't just abandon you in a room- they checked in. One of the best experiences I've had in years of going there. Good job La Jolla V.A.!
Hurry up and wait. I see the same employees walk around when i get there. And two hours later the same ones still walking talking and talking. Fix that problem. Also fix other problem u can wait in line and the person seat there doing nothing at all. For 30 mins get up and leave next person seats down and they work.
6 hours later and I feel like my care wasn't important. Customer service or patient care is not the focus of the VA. The environment and culture has to change in order to make things better. This is not a healthcare system, I wish people would go there and watch how veterans are treated. I am done with the VA
