I’ve been a loyal Fleet Feet customer for years. Both my brother and I have gotten running shoes with them and always had great experiences. I brought my mom in on April 5th to get her fitted as a gift, and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. The associate insisted her size was 7.5 even after she said the shoes felt too big. Shane was extremely professional, knowledgable, and honest when answering my questions about shoes, gear and advice on running and fitness in general. He was helpful and authentic in his suggestions pertaining to gear. The guy knows his stuff and is the type of guy I wish I had on my team. Great experience!
