We used Les for our first home, he was recommended by a family friend and we are so glad to have him help us with the process. Everything clearly explained, promptly delivered and properly advised. The first time buying experience can and was more stressful than it should have been due to other parties, but the mortgage (probably most important part) of the purchase, was made simple by Les.

I would very much recommend them to anyone looking to apply for a mortgage and would assuredly use their services again in the future.
